Yes — direct bookings skip the Airbnb ~14% service fee, which adds up significantly on longer stays. It requires a signed rental agreement and a deposit. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll walk you through it.

Airbnb adds a guest service fee (~14%) and local taxes on top of the base nightly rate. In Florida (Osceola County), that's a 6% Tourist Development Tax on the nightly rate plus 7.5% sales tax on all charges. Use our estimator above for a full breakdown before you inquire.
